Multiple issues under Partner Center

I'm experiencing several issues under the partner centre that may be linked.

  1. The AI Assistant and Support icon in the toolbar is not visible, but the link works.
  2. After completing a few details in the Assistant and the trying the Contact Support button, it does nothing.
  3. If I select the Help & Support menu option, I do not get any kind of 'raise new ticket' button
  4. I have the correct support permissions

I'm trying to access these items because I cannot renew my MAPS subscription. I am informed that:

"No billing profile linked to your Microsoft AI Could Partner Program account"

There is a start button below, but when this is clicked, the output of the screen becomes disorganized, and there is no way of progressing. It's also not highlighted like a normal button would be - it's literally just plain text.

So kind of stuck in a loop! I can't log a ticket to address the issues - and I can't renew either!

 

Not sure what happens if my membership lapses - but could be a major inconvenience.

 

Any suggestions?

    Hello

    Best wishes to all for 2025.

    I have now been able to link the billing account and renew my subscription.

    I added some other contact information into a section (possibly security), and when I checked 24 hours later, I could link billing and proceed with renewing my subscription.

    All of the formatting issues I experienced were also corrected.

    Hope others get theirs fixed.

      why would one even bother opening a support ticket with anything related to partner center?   You guys close the ticket without even contacting the person opening the ticket.

        It's not even the worst thing. I have a ticket that is open from Dec 22, 2024. the Support agent is just answering me with the same template every time.

  • I'm also having the same issue except I don't have a billing profile issue, I used to be able to log support tickets now the as assistant has replaced the support question mark icon and I get the below error every single time I try to contact support. I've been at this for three days!
