- Nov 21, 2023So I tried again around 11:30am EST and it worked, was using safari iPhone if it matters. My guess is their site somehow doesn't work beyond a certain point in the day. Hope that works for you

DaquanRice same here! I can confirm my payment with my bank, going forward to “payment and register” gives an error code.

It's embarrassing to see how Microsoft can't even get a payment to go through on their own website and when people reach out for support, they're ignored completely.
