New Address Broke Verification
My business was registered as an MS Partner for 5+ years
We recently got a new address, I thought I was doing the right thing updating Microsoft partner portal legal info
The account is now unverified in rejected status, there is no 'Fix Now' button.
I have submitted multiple cases to Microsoft but no answer, it's been broken for days. We have a project next week and need to purchase licenses from our distributor, but can't if our partner account is rejected.
I got am email saying "We’ve successfully verified your Partner Center profile MpnId ...... "
But the verification statuis on legal info is still rejected
I tried fixing the address again, the Legal Info page is now not working, it doesn't display any company info now.
In my support ticket I submitted proof of business registration (ASIC), certificate of ownership for the tenant's main domain as well.
Not sure what to do here.
If anyone at MS can help, my ticket is

jv389012 This is likely a backend verification sync issue in Microsoft Partner Center, so reply to your existing ticket and request urgent escalation to the verification team while reattaching all documents, and honestly, also ask your distributor if they can temporarily process orders using your MPN ID while Microsoft fixes it.

Thanks Tyler, yes my distributor said the same, and they're helping many other partners experiencing similar issues right now.
A couple nights ago Microsoft Partner Support responded to my ticket saying it has been resolved.
It took a few days for them to get back to me. I kept asking for updates and adding attachments to my request via Partner Center support page.
I got my distributor and Jill Armour from this forum involved as well. I am not sure whether Microsoft partner support did it on their own, or if someone else helped push it along.
I had a similar issue last weekend where I got an email notification saying it was approved, and the portal said I was approved but then it suddenly changed back to rejected.
Looks like it's authorized now, but I will be monitoring it over the next couple weeks.

jv389012 I am not part of the support or partner center team, but I have seen many partners go through this. I sent you a Direct message.
