Microsoft Store Developer registration

I keep getting the following error message: Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: xxx and transaction ID: xxxx
I found this post and encountered the same problem, but he said that re-registering an account can solve it, but I re-created 2 accounts and it still doesn't work.

Just adding my +1 here, happening to myself and 3 colleagues as well over the past few weeks.
I have been encountering the exact same issue since March. I have been going through various customer support channels and nobody seems to understand where and why the issue exists. It is very tiring. Can support assist in this forum?

This is something that needs to be taken care of by support. Do you have a current ticket logged?
I’m pretty sure it’s just broken right now. I’ve opened a thousand tickets and talked to support and nothing.
I’ve reached out through so many support channels, had friends try, tried everything. I honestly don’t know why this is happening. Hopefully with some attention a new fix is found.
I’ve had the same error for about a week. Had a few friends try and they are getting it as well. Might be more of a widespread problem.
