MicrosoftIm not able to troubleshoot with you here as I am not with technical support. You will need to work with Frontline Support for ongoing guidance. I did ask that they open the case with you. If you have been contacted via email, please work with Frontline support on that thread for the MPN, recovery, and enrollment questions. If that case hasn't been created, I will ensure that happens. Just let me know.
