What is the best way to conduct surveys through Outlook?
We want our employees to receive regular employee engagement surveys through Outlook. What would be the best way to set up this automation? We would also like to build these surveys in a detailed manner with enps and rating questions, and would like to be able to analyze results in detail. Any recommendations?

Viva Glint is really good when it comes to broader organizational insights. If you're looking for more customizable surveys and also something that connects to broader engagement and performance management, I would recommend using something third party. Because ideally, you would want to view your survey results and analytics in the same reporting screens as your goals, performance management, etc. Teamflect is a third party app that we got our hands on last year and it has worked perfectly inside Outlook and Teams for us so far.
