Send to OneNote add-in missing everywhere in every platform
The Send to OneNote add-in missing from my outlook.com account. I'm using the web version of Outlook.com, the desktop Outlook client, and the mobile app, and the add-in missing everywhere, but I used it in the past. I have a personal account. I checked the Outlook add-ins settings but there is no option for that.
What can I do?

For online/OWA go to the email you want to send, the above you will see "the apps" area, click on the icon and then you can search for the One Note.
I've tried it it is not there.
It might require a 365 Business license, do you have that?
Enable it in Outlook via the File > option > Add-ins, OneNote Notes about Outlook Items in the COM add-in, and finally make sure to log in to each platform with the same Microsoft account and check the data synchronization on the web.
The "New" Outlook has not "File".
The "New" Outlook does not support COM add-ins.
