Please help, if someone has faced a similar situation.

I need to reset my password for an account I recently created, because yes my memory sucks and like most people, you often forget your password right after creating it. Microsoft is giving me such a hard time just to reset a password. I haven't sent any emails with my new account just yet, so it's very less information to add to their password reset request form. But since when did we start requiring a form to reset a password??? This seems so unnecessary. My new email is connected to my Etsy but of course they don't have any such questions that i can answer to, to provide more info and to prove it is ME, the owner of the account. Been trying to recover my email for 2 days now and it just locks me out and says i don't have enough info. So frustrating

Anyone else having the same issue? Can someone help?
