Outlook Shared Folders
How should this be setup. I have a user who has 2 shared folders for 2 users so their email ca be viewed setup on the desktop version of outlook (it is not on the web version) and the updates continuously run ? Is this setup wrong? Also the .ost file has reached its limit ?

- I too have files that I share with my assistant but they are not displayed in her email box and I don't know how to get her to access them
