Outlook not synching with web calendar
I want to (re-)subscribe to a web calendar from icloud.com that stopped synching.
iCloud provides a URL (beginning with webcal://p101-caldav.icloud.com/published/2/...)
that I can enter on the Outlook web client on outlook.office.com (Add calendar > Subscribe from internet > enter URL).
Unfortunately Outlook is not fully synching the calendar any more.
To identify the culprit I used the same link on Google calendar and it could sync without a problem.
So the problem seems to be on the O365 side.
Are there any solutions to this problem?

I'm also looking for a similar solution. I have NOT been able to get the "subscribe from web" calendars that I have subscribed to (using webcals URI) to refresh. I've been searching all over the interwebs for this, and the best I've found so far is: Microsoft's implementation for web calendars is broken and that there seems to be no internal resources dedicated to working on this.
That is the "broken" part is correct (I don't know about the internal resources) - external calendar sync has not worked well for a couple of years. Only fix right now is remove and readd the calendar. :(

Oh yikes! I'm trying to sell automatically updated holiday calendars to our user population (some 20,000 users across 150+ locations). I should dial down my expectations - and probably NOT launch our Official Holidays with the expectation that additions and updates will automatically be reflected in their calendars :(
However, in a test I'm currently running, I successfully updated an item (via webcals URI to an ICS file stored in an external file repository - Azure Blob storage, since Outlook cannot negotiate SharePoint document libraries, even if the host site has anonymous access enabled).
Diane_Poremsky_MVP: do you have other resources on this? I'm really hoping that someone from MSFT (maybe someone on the Outlook product team?) is watching this - and will raise it up in their product backlog.
