Outlook keeps putting useful emails in junks, how do I turn off junk filter completely?

Hello everyone,

As the title suggests, outlook keeps blocking useful emails for me. I checked my junk email policy which blocks no specific email address, all lists are empty, but still many useful email has been blocked and it troubles me a lot.

I am looking for a way to turn off the junk email filter completely but failed to find it. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
