Outlook calendars from multiple accounts
I have 3 main email accounts which I've got logged into my Outlook (desktop app) so i can see the 3 calendars all in one place, which is great. One MS365, and two google.
However, Microsoft bookings will only see the one calendar associated with the MS365 account, and not the other 2. So I get double booked.
Is there a way for Outlook, or my MS365 to sync all my calendars together onto the one MS365 account?
I don't want to be adding my MS365 email address to every calendar invite I send from the other email accounts because my calendar will get really messy with double entries. Moreover, I am only incontrol of invites I send. Invites i receive will need manually forwarding to the MS365 account.
So if there a way for Outlook or my MS365 to sync across all my acounts, so Bookings can see everything?
I have posted a similar question in the Bookings thread asking if I can add multiple accounts to Bookings.
Bookings only sees your MS365 calendar, not Google ones, even if Outlook shows them all together.
Use a sync tool like Power Automate, SyncGene, or Zapier to copy Google events into your MS calendar.
Or just forward invites to MS365 (but it’s manual).
No way right now to link multiple calendars directly to Bookings.

Yes, Power Automate can help sync both ways. The best part is—you only need to set up the process once, and Power Automate will handle everything automatically until you choose to stop it.

Thank you. Are you aware of any good tutorial videos on Power Automate on how to do this?

Open Outlook and go to Calendar view and check the Calendar for all accounts checkbox on the right side, tap on the top right corner of the view to select Overlay or Side by Side mode, Synchronization Exception Check Account Settings > File > Account Settings to make sure that all calendars are enabled, and Business Users to confirm Exchange permissions.

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate your spending the time to do that.
This doesn't address my issue. This answer appears to help with getting all my calendar synced with Outlook, which is already the case.
I'm trying to get Bookings to see multiple calendars - some of them google account calendars. But the settings in Bookings only sees the single MS account calendar.
