I cannot login to Outlook under windows 10

Since about May 2020 I am not able to log in to my Outlook in windows 10.

 

I already renewed passwords, but nothing helps.

 

I can login to office365 and outlook online.

I do not get any error message, but the entry field for password always pops up.

All systems are on current update level.

What can I do?

 

Every help is appreciated since outlook online is only a fallback alternative

    Hi Michael,

    Most likely a credentials issue but before going through all the steps manually have you tried using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SARA)? https://aka.ms/SaRA-FirstScreen

    Its really handy. Download and run, theres an option for Outlook. Go through the questions and hopefully it fixes it. We've used it on a lot of occasions and works a treat!
