emails are disapperaing from outlook 365 for business accout immediately after being recieved

HI

I am having a trouble with emails coming in and immediately disappearing from Outlook. I have check in all folders and also on the Outlook on web but am unable to find the email. This issue has also happened with another user in my organization, and we are unable to find the emails or resolve the issue.

 

Any support on the same will be appreciated.

    Similar problem. Emails come into Inbox, disappear in 60 minutes to three hours. Vanish right before your eyes. No filters in place. No rules. No conversations. No mobile app or desktop app. Happens viewing mail in web browser. Looks very "server side" to me. Happens to Inbox and Sent items, but not Drafts. Items are not found in Deleted Items or in Archive. I sent up a new rule to copy incoming Inbox items to a new subfolder. Items in subfolder stay, items in Inbox vanish. Message trace indicates emails are received. Changed password, enabled MFA, forced all sessions to log out, problem persists.

    - Please check the inbox rules in your inbox
    - Please let your Exchange administrator start a message trace regarding your coming emails (https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com > Mail flow > Message trace). Configured transport rules can be the cause of the issue.
