flycast Hi.  Wondering if you ever solved this.  Having the exact same issue.  I'm trying to figure out if it's something to do with BitLocker being enabled?  Feels like there is an old profile I can't remove, even after fully uninstalling Office.

    BrettK30 flycast Actually, I found it.  I had to go into Credential Manager in Windows and delete credentials tied to my email address.
