Can incomng emails be blocked before they get to the inbox?

I don't mean send to trash or bulk.

I'd like to send unwanted emails based on some item like FROM or a word in the body of the email or something else.

I don't want to see it in any folder.  I don't care what it says.

I would never see the email in any form.  It would just disappear.

    Currently, in New Outlook or Outlook.com, your options are to move to the Junk or Deleted folder. You cannot permanently delete messages via blocking or rules. 

    In the corporate sector, emails can be quarantined and not delivered to the user's inbox. These messages are classified as containing a virus or as phishing, and are managed in Azure.
