Can I avoid outlook expanding to fit?

Hey, y'all! As usual, coding HTML and Outlook is the problem child. The worst part is that it looks correct for half a second before the entire email zooms to fit. Anyone know why it's doing this? Anything I can do to get it to display correctly as it does in every single other email client ?
