Attachment into Teams channel into another folder
Hello!
I have a question regarding file attachment from Outlook to Teams.
It is no problem to upload an attachment directly to Teams. However, in Outlook you can only select a team/M365 group for the attachment, then the general channel is taken and for the files again the folder general.
You can also open a channel in Teams, go to Files and drag&drop the attachment from Outlook to the folder where you want to upload the file.
My question is now, whether it is also possible that if I click in Outlook on the small arrow down, and there the submenu appears, one can extend this submenu, so that one sees there not only the team, but also the channels per team, and then the corresponding file folders per channel?
Is that possible at all? If so, can someone give me a tip on how to get started? Would this be an Outlook add-in?
