Add Events from Email won’t turn on
I have been having an issue now for a few months where the feature “Add Events from Email” has turned itself off and will not, no mater what I do (browser, device, private browsing, operating system) turn back on. I used this feature heavily and am greatly missing this. Does anyone have ideas or faced a similar issue? This has been driving me crazy and support has been incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive. I am a paid Microsoft 365 user, and this occurs on the web and iOS. I do not have access to a personal PC or the desktop version of Outlook. This is for Outlook for the Web (and as a side effect, I no longer get the cards in the iOS apps either)

I am an independent advisor investigating this inquiry.
This issue has happened to others as early as April 2022. The best response I found from a user is to submit a support ticket directly to Microsoft. She indicated that this feature started working again after they were involved.
Here are more learnings:
Microsoft will no longer support the following events or reservations starting mid-August.
- Unsupported Types: Bills, Dining reservations, Event Reservations (music, supports, or others), & Service reservations
- Support Types: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, and package deliveries.
- See the complete list of vendors for both types. Check if your vendors appear on the list.
These findings make me believe that MS may have disabled this feature too soon for some users. Let me know if Microsoft resolves this issue for you too.

Teresa_Cyrus Thank you for your response. That’s actually about when I noticed this stopped working (late April). I put in support tickets starting in May. I have been going back and forth with Microsoft for almost 6 weeks now, and they have been of no help. I also submit feedback every few days on the web of “I don’t like something” which is supposed to route to Microsoft and I have not heard back.
The main things I’m looking for are in the supported types still (flights, hotels, rental cars) and all of the vendors are on the supported list. This used to work perfectly up until April or so (and this information STILL shows for past events, but no longer works for anything after late April for me which is when I booked the first travel I noticed this didn’t work for)
Would appreciate any other assistance you could offer. Thank you.

GregGov I have noticed that events (flight, car, travel, etc.) are no longer on my Outlook calendar. I h have been trying and constantly got the error message to try again. Been looking at the Microsoft threads, and it's not helping.
