ONEDRIVE - Secondary junk folder
Dear Community,
I manage some company Microsoft365 tenant and I try t find a way to configure rights on OneDrive Pro Junk folder.
How can I limit access to a user to completely delete his own onedrive secondary junk folder?
For example, once an former employee leave company, CEO want to keep pro files, but the employee has deleted all his files et then deleted/empty his own secondary junk folder on OneDrive.

Although you cannot prevent users from emptying their first and second stage recycle bins, you can protect content using retention policies. Retention always wins over deletion, so even if a user completely deletes content, then an applied retention policy will copy that content to a folder hidden from the user until the end date of the retention policy.
