How to manage other people's files on onedrive

Hello everybody!
As a Microsoft 365 administrator, how can I manage user files on OneDrive, including browsing, editing, and data recovery?

  • You can manage the user files by going through the steps below:

     

    Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

    Navigate to:
    Users > Active Users > [Select User]

    In their profile, under OneDrive, click Create link to files

    This will give you access to their OneDrive as an admin — it opens in a browser and you can manage the access of the files 

    Also you can manage the external sharing from the same place.
