Can not free up local file in Onedrive | Win 11

Hi all,

Anyone effected when using Onedrive in Win 11

My enterprise account doesnt have "free up" for local file which saved in onedrive folder and do not have " always file in this device" for file on cloud.

I already check a lot of user, they also effected but user used win 10 who is not effected
