Package a Linux App for WSL2 with MSIX

Hi, 

I would like to package an existing Linux app to run on WSL2.

I would like to make it look to the user as if he/she is installing a windows 10 app and should not need to install a Linux distribution first and install my app as an RPM. 

Is this possible with MSIX?
