Error 0x80070002 when installing MSIX Package
Windows Build: 19H1 Fast = 18262
Certificate = Self-Sign
I'm getting this error when I attemp to install the application that I packaged with MSIX (WinRAR 5.61 x64 ... figured it would be simple ;-) )
App installation failed with error message: Error 0x80070002: Opening the Msixvc package from location WinRar_1.0.0.0_x64__59f3495cstxbw.msix failed. (0x80096019)
thoughts ??

Its most likely due to a bad certificate that was used for signing.
