Recording failed / Failed to start recording on HoloLens 2

Hello,

I have HoloLens 2 and I cannot record videos, even though I can live preview and take photos. When I attempt to record using the menu button or the volume buttons, I get the coutdown, followed by the animation of stopping record. When I use the device portal, I get the following messages "Failed to start recording" or "Recording failed".

I have attempted to restart the device, to no apparent result. I also tried starting recording before and after opening an application. However, live preview and taking photos work normally in any case.

I have tried changing the settings of recording and restoring to default. I also have checked possible connected settings on the device. I have deleted previous videos, expecting it to be a problem with storage space.

What are the possible causes and solutions to this problem?
