Unable to Remove Word Tab
I made a word file a tab on the a Microsoft Teams channel that I am an owner on. However, I cannot rename the tab or delete it. When I right-click it, nothing happens. We no longer need the file as a tab. Is it possible that there is something wrong with my permissions? I've tried to google and haven't seen anything related to this specifically.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Have you tried
1.) In the web client (https://teams.microsoft.com)
2.) On the mobile app
3.) Completely logging out the desktop client and back in then try removal
4.) Completely logging out, flushing the cache, and then back in to remove

Best, ChrisThanks ChrisHoardMVP, I was able to remove the tab on the mobile app. I had previously tried the web client and there were access issues.
