Teams Recap - remove permissions
Hello!
Is it possible to remove meeting participants access to a Teams recording and transcription via the Recap? I cannot see any setting to change who has access to the Recap. Is the only way to download then delete the transcription? And change the recording permissions via Stream?

Hey! Not directly in Teams, but you can remove access by managing permissions for the recording, and deleting the transcript from any drive. Bit of a manual step, but it works!

At the moment, there's no direct setting to restrict access to the Recap (recording and transcription) for meeting participants in Teams. The usual workaround is to download the content, delete it from the Recap, and then manage recording permissions separately in Stream.
