Are you signing in with an Office 365 account? You cannot use the free version of Teams with an Office 365 account.

Yes this is with a Free account. I have solved this by sending me the invite again from the web client that worked (it worked only on firefox, with chrome and desktop client I had problems). Very confusing to setup really...
