Notification of meeting ended after leaving meeting

Is it normal to get a notification to say a Teams meeting has ended after you have left the meeting? I'm pretty sure I left a meeting and after doing so I had a very personal conversation with somebody but then got a notification to say the meeting had ended about 5 minutes after my conversation. I'm now very paranoid that I didn't, in fact, leave the meeting and my very private conversation has been heard by multiple people?
