How can I remove Power Automate workflows from the Teams right click menu ?
- Oct 10, 2025
I had already done all this an even deleted the flows but they kept appearing in the right click menu.
What resolved it for me was https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/microsoftteams/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache#new-teams
This happens because Teams sometimes keeps old Power Automate workflows cached even after you’ve deleted them. To fix it, first make sure the flow is completely removed from all environments in Power Automate, check under “My flows,” “Team flows,” and “Solutions,” since a leftover copy can keep it visible in Teams. Once you’re sure it’s gone, sign out of Teams and clear the app cache (or uninstall and reinstall the app) to force it to refresh its menu data. That usually removes the old workflow entries from the right-click menu. If they still linger, it’s just Teams syncing slowly with Power Automate, and they should disappear automatically after a short time.
