Create Breakout rooms for Microsoft teams on behalf of other person.
Hi everyone,
Is it possible to create Breakout rooms on Behalf of other person. Say for example I have been given mailbox delegation of my Boss and I create meetings on behalf of him, But when the meeting is on, I cannot create the Breakout rooms as I'm not the Organiser of the meeting. Please let me know if there is any solution for this?
- Hello, this is rolling out right now so you can assign it to specific people with the "Presenter" role. Using this the organizer can select other people to assist with the breakout rooms management https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=81118
Before this feature you couldn't do it even with full access permissions from Outlook as you have to be signed in with the same account in Outlook and Teams (i.e. the managers). - AFAIK this is not a feature Today in Teams breakout rooms...there was at least a user voice item for that
