Business Central Tab "Open in browser"

Hello,

Apologies if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find the answer when searching.

Is it possible to hide the "Open in browser" option on a channel tab (screen capture attached)? We have the Business Central App on a Channel tab, but we don't want users to be able to open it in browser because they are then able to navigate around BC and not be limited to the view we created in Teams. We adjusted the team permissions, so they are unable to Rename, Delete or see permissions for the tab, but left the ability to type messages.
