Block E-Mails to MS-Teams-Team for Guests
Hello all,
When I send an E-Mail to a Teams-Team, I only want the internals (direct users) to receive it. Guests (externals) should not receive this mail.
Is there any setting to achieve this?
My only other idea would be a transport rule in the Exchange admin center - but that would be kinda hacky tbh...
- You can remove the guests in question from the Group's "subscribers" list, though this will prevent them from receiving regular messages sent to the group address in addition to the teams channel emails. The Remove-UnifiedGroupLinks cmdlet can be used for that.
