We're having trouble generating a transcript and captions right now. Try again in a bit.

Hi,

I posted some videos into MS stream to utilize the transcribe feature. The videos posted well enough however when I went to have them transcribe I  received the following error " We're having trouble generating a transcript and captions right now. Try again in a bit." Tried off and on for about 3 hours. Is there something on my end I can fix? Is it temporary and if so how long to wait? Is this a known error for Stream. I noted a few forums on this without a conclusive answer.
