MS Stream blurred screen recordings

I've actually had the opposite experience. The video or webinar will appear to be blurred (and thinking the worst) but the recording and attendees see a nice crisp and clear image. I don't know why this happens, but I really dislike teams Live Events and Town Hall a lot.
Wish we never got rid of webex. Far superior.
