Trying to install the agent using wrapper script but getting error

I was trying to install the agent using wrapper script on my syslog server but getting certificate error (screenshot attached). My question is it connecting to any links which needs to be white-listed? We are thinking to do a ssl bypass as we do have a firewall but trying to find what exactly we need to allow to run it. Any help would be appreciated.
