Sentinel DevOps integration to create Workitem based on incidence

Hi All..I have a requirement to create Devops work items/tasks based on Sentinel incidences/alerts. My Organization has Sentinel and Devops in different tenants. My question is that what permissions do I need to set in the two tenants & DevOps project? I tried using Sentinel Playbook's DevOps logic ap but it only has an option to 'sign-in' but not to use other 'credentials' (such as App Registration Secret). Any suggestions are appreciated.
