Change language of result

I'm not sure if i'm facing a Microsoft search issue, Cortana issue or bing issue, my bad if i post it in the wrong session.

I'm my company, as we have move to a version of windows that allow some control of Cortana, we are thinking to activate some option.

Our company is in Belgium, all the language is in English ( on Bing, on office  365 and on the computer)

But business's related result from the windows search are displayed in Dutch

In bing (or google) itself, when we go on the page, it always suggest as default language Dutch as default language. We are just located on the "language border" of Belgium, and it seems to geo-localize us on the "wrong" side.

On windows 10, all the setting are push to be "English"

Is there a way to have all the results of the windows search in English?

Or in which direction should I look? Bing? edge setting? cortana? still in windows 10?

I discovered that if I change the settings for the new and alert in windows 10 in international english, after a while the result in windows 10 are in english.
But it didn't stay and the option have to be modified.
The MSN page is also in dutch. Unfortunatelly there is now way to login to MSN or new and alert with corporate account to register this setting for good.
        Any idea?

This as an impact on microsoft search. Bookmark defined in Microsoft search didn't appear if language is not the one of the company...
