Weekly Averages

Hi, 

i am running a daily quiz for 9 people. Each week, I would like to do show a table with the data of weekly sums and averages. But I am unsure how to get the correct formula so i don't have to put the data in to a table and formulate it manually.. 

Here is a snap shot of what my table looks like. How do i proceed?
