Validation failed for SQL database creation

I was taking AZ-104 and came to total halt when it says "Validation failed.  Required information is missing or not valid." --->  this exercise in AZ-104 required me to create an SQL database, and I am 

wondering how I can "validate" the creation of the SQL database in AZ-104.
