Unable to start Cloud Shell In MicroSoft Shell

I was taking AZ-900 lesson  and then Microsoft Learn prompted that "Unable to Start Cloud Shell".

What are the steps I need to do so that my cloud shell in Microsoft Learn can be enabled, so that I can complete "Exercise - Create an Azure website using the CLI" in AZ-900.
