Unable to provision Azure resources

Hi Everyone,&nbsp;While trying to activate sandbox I am getting Error / Message i.e.&nbsp;Unable to provision Azure resources. I a wondering why it is happening because I am using my personal email ID registered with domain hotmail.com&nbsp;Anyone who can help on this.&nbsp;Thanks in advance.&nbsp;Regards,Zeeshan

Now having another issue. "Sandbox access suspended"

Got the same, but after some time suspension was automatically turned off. I still got "Unable..."

It started working for me on 25.07 at about 10pm CEST.
