Unable to locate account information for my certification ID

Hi,

I have two certfication IDs ,One of my ID is expiring in next 5 days and when I tried to login with my existing account details to proceed with the renewal process I see only one certfication ID and the other one which is about to expire is not reflecting under my account.

Kindly help 

Facing issues with this Microsoft Certification ID: 992610416.
