The Analysis Package tool does not work in Microsoft Excel

The tool package analysis in Excel stopped working. The button is active, but the window does not appear. Previously, this was not the case, such a problem appeared recently. I tried to reboot the laptop, and end the session, and forcibly terminate, and removed the Microsoft package, downloaded everything again - nothing helps. Technical support says that they do not work with add-ons, they cannot consult. What to do in such a situation, tell me, please?
