TFS 2015 problem "Ajax request failed with status: Bad Request"

please we need you kindly support for problem below:

After we change the application sever IP  for TFS 2015 ,when we create the bug from test case  or add any test case contain a photo appear problem "Ajax request failed with status: Bad Request" and i can't save the bug
