SMTP Configuration in Azure Pay as you go setup

Hi All. Looking for some feedback from the community. We recently migrated our on premise website from on premise to Azure environment. Our subscription is pay as you go basis. We are using outbound port 25 for SMTP relaying, however we are having issues with making it work. The article link below says 25 isn't automatically allowed for pay-as-you-go subscriptions. Though it appears to be authorized. Can anyone provide a solution or work around? Thank you, AJ
