Sent items folder stopped updating in outlook all of a sudden
Since last night my outlook sent items folder has stopped updating. I haven't configured any policy or rule. The issue is same with OWA and outlook client.
the emails are being sent but not visible in the sent items folder.
I also have had this problem for the past 2 days. Mail is updating OK in Apple Mail on my iphone but not in Outlook on my PC.
- OK. I found on another blog that I need to manually update Microsoft 365 - not sure why it stopped doing this automatically? This worked. Sorry to bother you.
