Rule To Follow-Up On Messages I Send

I've applied a rule to follow-up on messages i send.

According to that each ongoing email was supposed to be flagged FOR ME ONLY, as shown.

However instead of that,  my recipients started getting reminders for a follow-up.

What I did wrong?
