My MCT KIT status

Question

I have been an MCT member for more than 6 months, but my ID card and other souvenirs which were promised to be shipped down here to my address are yet to arrive ( going over 5 months ). And nothing has been done on this
Now, I moved to another address, and I'm not sure how to go about this.

Please help me resolve this issue.
