Migration issue

Hi experts, We have two domains in our exchange 2013 environmens. We are sharing resources and have federation trust between two, also can access free busy information and can access shared mailboxes in cross domain. now we are migrating user mailbox from one to another domain without any issue, now here is a challenge. We are unable to map the shared mailbox in migrated user's outlook profile in cross domain scenario. The outlook gets freezed. Tried multiple troubleshooting steps. Remember it works well in same domain but gets frozen in cross domain scenario only for migrated in exchange server 2013. Pls suggest to fix it. Thanks
